Who We Are

Ava’s was founded in 2018 in Florida in honor of my grandmother whose nickname was Ava.  We later moved to Vermont and reopened in February 2022.

Ava was an amazing woman who spent her adult years working for a local facility that cared for disabled adults and she maintained their landscape while working with the resident’s.  Ava would work all day and then come home and help raise us (her grandchildren) while doing more landscaping on her own land!

There was not a soul on this earth that would meet Ava and not feel completely at home in her presence and her home.  This was and is the premise of our business!  We wanted to give back to our communities and give them the same help and comfort that Ava gave to every soul she met!  This is something we feel very strongly about and to this date have made sure that we do!
